The Epuré is the essential shirt, in its most honest form. 100% Cotton. The stripes are yarn-dyed before weaving, not printed — which is why the colour does not fade in the wash. How to measure
· Back length — from the base of the collar to the base of the tail
· Chest — the widest point, just behind the front legs
· Neck — where the collar sits

Care for your luxury dog shirt

Machine-wash cold on a gentle cycle, with similar colours. Use a mild detergent — avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which weaken the cotton fibre over time. Lay flat to dry, or tumble dry on low. Iron at medium heat on the inside if needed.

Cared for properly, organic cotton holds its shape for years. The stripes stay saturated. The collar keeps its form.

Traceability

Designed in Paris. Cut and sewn in France, in our own atelier.

The cotton is GOTS-certified, meaning it is grown without pesticides, processed without harmful chemicals, and produced under fair labour conditions from field to finished garment. The buttons are sourced from a small supplier we have worked with from the beginning.

Each piece is finished one at a time, by one person from cut to seam.

Colette et Gastón works in small batches because the alternative is to make poorly. We do not over-produce.
