La Tresse is designed to sit close to the body without restricting movement.
Measure your dog's back length — from the base of the neck to the base of the tail — and chest circumference at the widest point.

If your dog is between sizes, size up.
For a more fitted look, size down — the alpaca has natural stretch.

Care
Hand wash in cold water, or machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C maximum.
Use a mild, wool-safe detergent. No fabric softener. No bleach.
Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry — never hang, never tumble dry.
With proper care, a baby alpaca sweater softens and improves with every wash.
It is a garment built for years, not seasons.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused, with the hangtag still attached. Because our sweaters are hand-knit by artisans and not machine-made, small irregularities in stitch, tension, or shape are a natural and expected part of the process — a mark of handwork, not a defect, and not grounds for return. Email us at bonjour@colettetgaston.com within the 14-day window before sending anything back. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
