Processing Time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

- Switzerland & UK: 5 to 12 business days
- Rest of World: 7 to 14 business days
Pre - order It's important to know that our Pre-order Sweaters will take from 2,5 to 4 weeks to arrive your home. Don't worry, you will receive a forever piece from our Artisans in Perú.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — check the checkout for current promotions.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), customs duties and import taxes may be levied upon delivery by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.Colette et Gastón has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at colettegaston@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
