Size Guide
Every Colette et Gastón piece is sized to the body of the breed, not to a generic scale. Choose your dog's category below — each guide is organized by garment type, with the exact neck, chest, and back measurements for that category.
Standard — Small to Medium Breeds
Chihuahua to Bichon Frisé, Cocker Spaniel, and similar builds.
Dachshund (Teckel)
Drafted specifically for the long-bodied silhouette — Kaninchen to Standard.
Poodle
Toy to Standard — drafted for the square build, long neck, and narrow waist specific to the breed.
How to measure your dog
- Neck — where the collar sits
- Chest — the widest point, just behind the front legs
- Back length — from the base of the collar to the base of the tail
If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger. Each breed guide is organized by garment category — Coats, Essentials, and Knitwear — since the ease and finished measurements differ between them.
