Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Opened or used grooming and skincare products cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
