1. Prepare a basin with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
2. Submerge the sweater and let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
3. Gently agitate the sweater, paying attention to soiled areas.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water with same temperature, gently press out excess water, then lay flat on a towel to absorb remaining moisture.
5. Finally, reshape, lay flat and air dry away from direct sunlight. Never hang.

Returns
Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, as each is knit individually for you. Because our sweaters are hand-knit by artisans and not machine-made, small irregularities in stitch, tension, or shape are a natural and expected part of the process — a mark of handwork, not a defect.

We build our pieces to last. Should your sweater show wear over time, we offer a repair service — write to us first at bonjour@colettetgaston.com and we'll guide you through sending it to our team in Paris.
