A dachshund does not need a full wardrobe. It needs three pieces, chosen well.

1. One raincoat that handles wet weather all year
The raincoat is the piece that gets worn more than any other, because rain does not respect seasons. Choose one that covers the belly — a dachshund's most exposed point — and has a real harness opening, not a Velcro flap.
