Return and Refund Policy for Colette et Gastón Online Store

1. Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package your item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 to 30 days.
