Pre-Order Sweaters are crafted with care and typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks for Europe and North America, and 1 to 2 weeks for Perú and Latin America.
Ready-to-Ship Collection orders are processed the same day or within 1 business day, shipped directly from our base in Bordeaux, France.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs apply.
We also believe in the longevity of our pieces — if your sweater experiences wear and tear over time, we offer a repair service. Simply send us an email first, and we'll guide you through sending your piece to our team in Paris.
